Important Hygiene Standards
Due to the custom nature of our products and strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any nail sets once they have been dispatched. This ensures every customer receives a 100% sanitary and untouched luxury product.
Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, our artists begin crafting your set, and the order cannot be reversed.
Sizing Issues
We are not responsible for incorrect sizes. We highly recommend using our Sizing Guide or purchasing a Sizing Kit before ordering.
Faulty Items
If you receive a set different from your order, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will evaluate and provide a replacement if needed.
